ShortOzStay was established by Elisa Wittingslow for the Australian short-term rental industry. Elisa, an interior design lover who decided to transform her passion for real estate and furniture into her primary occupation, has successfully operated with her former company Short-Stayz for almost 10 years.

Elisa started in 2008 with a couple of properties she owns in Victoria and Queensland. In her previous career in the amusement business, she travelled regularly and found a lack of clean and affordable accommodation. Therefore she started focusing her activity on enhancing the travellers' experience.

ShortOzStay is managing 15+ properties and hosting more than 2,000 enthusiastic guests every year (92% of the reviews are excellent). All of our units are owned or long-term leased and directly managed.

Our apartments and homes are furnished high-quality bedding, technology and furniture. Our attention to detail and the great customer care make each of our properties something that we're proud of, and our guests love. 

From June 2012, the company has started supporting property developers and asset management companies in their sales activity.

Potential investors might be interested in a leasing solution with a unique counterpart with a solid financial situation and a great track record in this market.

In this regard,  the collaboration with Waterpoint Asset Management, developer of the Australia Towers in Sydney Olympic Park where ShortOzStay is currently managing 10 apartments in the Towers A and B, and have been very successful.
